1. The Guarantee of 30-Day Return
Item can be returned within 30 days after receiving it as long as it is kept in original conditions.
2. Full or partial refund if item with quality problems
A full or partial refund is available when there are quality problems such as wrong hair style and wrong color. Normally there are two solutions:
